Syntrio implements strict security controls on our network infrastructure to protect the infrastructure and the services which rely on it.
Syntrio monitors malicious network activity and employs mitigations against distributed denial of service (DDoS) attacks affecting end users. These mitigations are automatically monitored and updated to keep up with with evolving threats and malicious behaviors that may target our users.
Syntrio provides broadband Internet access services to residential, business, and enterprise customers. These services are delivered over optical fiber, digital subscriber line (DSL), and fixed wireless technologies. Other non-broadband services are also provided by Syntrio, such as voice, virtual private network services, dark fiber, carrier backhaul, and managed IT services.
The speed or bandwidth offering for a service may vary depending on the area and technology used. Syntrio maintains infrastructure to provide full utilization of the purchased service bandwidth or speed. Latency from the customer premise to the Internet are typically less than 10 milliseconds for optical fiber services and less than 40 milliseconds for DSL and fixed wireless services. Activities from the customer’s devices or network and the performance of remote services outside of the control of Syntrio cannot be guaranteed.
Non-broadband services such as the ones mentioned above are offered over the same network infrastructure. The capacity of the network supports both broadband and non-broadband without interference or impact.
