Syntrio Conditions & Disclaimers

Offer Conditions

ACH Draft Discount: Includes $10/mo credit towards monthly internet rate. The discount only applies if customer enrolls and keeps ACH draft payment method current. Not available in all areas. Additional charges such as installation, equipment, taxes and fees, and surcharges are not included in promotional rates/discounts and will be applied.

Free Installation: Must be a new Syntrio Broadband Internet customer (you have not received Syntrio internet service within the past 30 days) and commit to a 24-month agreement. Offer waives the one-time standard installation of $99 for up to 3 connects. Any advanced installation will be charged an additional hourly rate of $99 per hour (and $50 per additional half hour) for labor and $0.15 per foot of additional cable required. Such fees are not included in the promotion and will not be waived. Additional charges such as equipment, taxes and fees, and surcharges are not included and will be applied.

Service Disclaimers

Syntrio Phone: Phone line rates vary by service area. In select areas, one residential phone line is required with internet service. Extra phone lines or enhanced calling features can be added for an additional fee(s). Applicable taxes, fees, and surcharges are not included in standard rate and will be applied.

Syntrio Internet: Speeds, prices & availability vary by address. Advertised speeds are for wired connections. Actual speeds may vary & are not guaranteed. Local WiFi wireless speed, performance & availability are subject to factors beyond Syntrio’s control.

Syntrio Phone/ Internet Bundle: In select areas, a Syntrio internet/phone bundle may be required. Bundle includes one residential phone and monthly internet service. Phone line is included in monthly internet price. Extra phone lines or enhanced calling features are not included in bundle price. Applicable taxes, fees, and surcharges are not included in standard/bundled rate and will be applied.

Syntrio DSL Internet: Speeds 25 Mbps and above may be provisioned in a range including a minimum and maximum speed. Syntrio will provision customer’s location for the fastest speed within the available range but may be less than the maximum

Equipment: Lease of modem required for Internet service. Monthly modem fee is included in the Internet price. Lease of a router or purchase of own router is required for Internet service. Monthly router fee is $10 per month (unless otherwise stated). One-time standard installation fee of $99 up to 3 connects will apply (unless otherwise stated). Any advanced installation will be charged an additional hourly rate of $99 per hour (and $50 per additional half hour) for labor and $0.15 per foot of additional cable required. Modems provided by Syntrio offer seamless in-home wireless networking, although connected devices may encounter slightly slower speeds than those advertised in your selected Internet plan.

Syntrio Service: Please note that the availability and performance of speeds may vary based on factors such as network conditions, terrain, internet traffic, Wi-Fi usage, concurrent users, device capabilities, and customer location. While we strive to provide reliable service, we cannot guarantee upload and download speeds or error-free service. Internet speeds for any internet packages may decrease during times of network or service congestion. Our network is designed with ample capacity to reduce the impact of network congestion, particularly during peak hours, enhancing the overall user experience.

30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee: During the first thirty (30) days of service, if you are not completely satisfied with your services, you may cancel your services and receive a full refund. Refund will be issued only after the return of Syntrio equipment in good condition. It is your responsibility to return the Syntrio equipment and to pay for the return shipping charges. If the equipment is not returned within twenty (20) days after cancellation you will be responsible for the full cost of the Syntrio equipment.
